Concentrated blended liquid multifunctional corrosion inhibitor formulated for use in automotive and diesel engine glycol based coolants and closed loop aqueous heat exchange systems. Protects both ferrous and non-ferrous system components. Particularly effective in systems containing aluminum and yellow metal components. In glycol systems it is also highly buffered to retard fluid degradation and prolong the useful life of the glycol.
Blended neutral pH cleaner formulated to remove oil, grease and particulates in new or retrofit installations, prior to operation. Designed for use in non-steam installations where rapid circulation will ensure good contact and provide some scouring action. Performance will be enhanced if the cleaning solution can be heated to 120° – 140° F. Biodegradable, environmentally friendly and is safe for all metallurgies at use concentrations.

A liquid 2-Bromo-2-Nitropropane-1, 3 Diol based microbiocide. HYDROTREET MB-360 is a registered product formulated to control microbiological growth in a wide range of applications. These include oil fields, paper mills, heat exchangers, cooling towers, condensers, air washers, pasteurizer cooling systems and metal working fluids. It also works as a preservative in latex emulsions, polymer lattices and adhesives.

In addition to inhibitors it contains a foam suppressant and a dispersant penetrant to assist in penetration and dispersal of unreactive portions of deposits. Represents a new generation of scale removers and industrial strength cleaners. The major ingredient is an acidic organic salt which provides hard water scale removal capabilities exceeding those of most mineral acids. An excellent replacement for sulfamic acid and will outperform other organic acids. Contains inhibitors and dispersants to facilitate deposit removal with minimal effect on system metallurgies. Relatively innocuous to humans and is classified as a mild skin irritant. When used as directed it is safe for use with most metals, however caution is recommended when applying to systems containing aluminum or hot dipped galvanized components. Much safer to use than hydrochloric acid, safer, easier and more economical than sulfamic acid and does not generate the fumes and other hazards associated with traditional acid cleaning.
Concentrated liquid inhibitor formulation designed specifically for use in Glycol/Water systems. Non-toxic environmentally friendly material suitable for use in either Ethylene or Propylene Glycol systems. Provides protection for both ferrous and yellow metals and unlike traditional Molybdate and Nitrite inhibitors does not contribute to toxicity. Technology is also designed to prolong the service life of the Glycol by minimizing the potential for acid degradation. Formulated to provide a large excess of dipotassium phosphate buffering capacity as well as inhibit corrosion.
Blended liquid organic treatment formulated for use in open and closed recirculating water systems where suspended solids or deposits are a problem. An effective dispersant which will control most inorganic water formed suspended solids as well as organic contaminants. In many cases this material will also remove existing deposits through re-suspension and normal system bleed off. Particularly effective in penetrating bio and oil films and facilitating their removal. Will also enhance performance in non-oxidizing biocide programs.
